Flank Off
The first part of the flank off involves a heel click, but at the highest point, the vaulter pikes both legs down and to the inside of the horse. The vaulter lands in inside seat, facing the longeur. Next both legs are swung together and the body is lifted over and off the horse to the outside, landing on the ground softly.
